...SNOW TODAY INTO TONIGHT WITH INCREASING WINDS IN THE VALLEY..

.SNOW WILL CONTINUE TODAY THROUGHOUT ALL OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. NORTHERLY WINDS
WILL ALSO INCREASE ALONG AND WEST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY BY THIS
AFTERNOON...AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED. THE SYSTEM
WILL SLOWLY WIND DOWN THURSDAY MORNING. GUSTY NORTH WINDS TO 30 OR
35 MPH WILL RESULT IN REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW IN OPEN
COUNTRY AT TIMES MAINLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO THURSDAY MORNING
ESPECIALLY IN THE RED RIVER VALLEY.

SNOW AMOUNTS WITH THIS SYSTEM WILL RANGE FROM 4 TO 8 INCHES IN
MANY AREAS OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWESTERN AND WEST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA. HEAVIER SNOW BANDS MOVING THROUGH THE AREA
WILL RESULT IN VARIABLE SNOW AMOUNTS WITH THIS SYSTEM. OVERALL
THE AREA WITH THE BEST CHANCE FOR 8 INCHES WILL BE THE BEMIDJI...
BAGLEY AND PARK RAPIDS REGION.

DANGEROUS WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO DEVELOP BY WEDNESDAY
NIGHT WITH VALUES FROM 15 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO.
