University of North Dakota Medical School officials making a push for a new medical school building.
GoThe governor has included 69-million dollars for an addition to the existing building. Med school officials are touting a 124-million dollars for a completely new building.
Med school dean Dr. Joshua Wynne says the existing med-school building could be used for other programs and for campus housing. He says a new building would be better for the long term future of the school.
Lawmakers say more study is needed.
