Schneider Named Dem Leader

Grand Forks state Senator Mac Schneider has been chosen as the new Democratic leader in the North Dakota Senate. Democrats elected Schneider during a meeting Sunday night in Bismarck.  Lawmakers also picked Joan Heckaman of New Rockford as the new assistant leader.
