Heavy rain over the weekend set records in North Dakota.
The National Weather Service says Bismarck, Dickinson, Jamestown, Minot and Grand Forks all set rainfall records for the date on Sunday, with an inch or more. Bismarck's record had stood since 1877.
Rain is continuing to fall prompting a Flood Watch for much of the RRV. The Red River is expected to jump above flood stage
in Grand Forks / East grand Forks later this week.
