You will likely see a little extra jingle in your next paycheck.  North Dakota lawmakers lowered individual income tax rates this past session 19-percent – or around 200-million dollars.   Employers are getting the new withholding tables this week to help calculate payroll operations.   Tax commissioner cory fong says although the rates date back to the first of the year employers will only implement the changes going forward.

Fong notes this was the third consecutive legislative session that income tax rates were adjusted downward.
