North Dakota's unemployment rate jumped to 2.8% in November. The not seasonally adjusted rate compares to 2.4% in October but remains below year ago levels. A total of 10,640 North Dakotans were in search of a job last month. The increase is blamed on seasonal factors. Minnesota's unemployment rate is 5.7%. The U-S rate is 7.7%.
