North Dakota’s attorney general has asked the department of labor to dismiss a complaint of alleged human n rights filed against him by a white supremacist accused of terrorizing leith (nd). Craig cobb filed the complaint late last month against a-g wayne stenehjem. During an interview stenehjem stated that people like cobb and his supporters are not the kind of people wanted in north Dakota. Cobb called it unwelcome harassment on the basis of his religion and creativity. Stenehjem also said protecting the legal rights of cobb is a difficult task that must still be maintained. In asking the complaint be dismissed stenehjem says…just as any other citizen…he has the right to express his views under the first amendment.
