Minnesota authorities are investigating an apparent homicide in Pennington County. On Sunday the body of 40-year old Tanya Kazmierczak was located near the Red Lake River. A preliminary autopsy report by the Ramsey County medical examiner on Monday ruled the death a homicide. Kazmierczak had been missing since early Saturday. A search by law enforcement and citizen volunteers over the weekend. No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office 218-681-6161.
