The grand forks air force base is getting a new commander.  Colonel paul bauman will assume the command of the 319th air base wing on Wednesday.  Bauman is currently a vice-commander at the Elmendorf-richardson base in anchorage, Alaska.   He has also trained pilots for flying kc-135 tanker aircraft.  Bauman replaces colonel tim bush who was relieved of his command for not meeting physical fitness standards.
