Grand Forks Police are warning the public about a scam making the rounds. Authorities say they have received about 20 complaints to date about an automated phone call which indicates that a person’s Gate City Bank debit card has been cancelled. The call prompts individuals to input their debit card information. Police say they have confirmed with the bank that the calls are not legitimate. Anyone who has released the info and suffered a loss of funds should contact local law enforcement and their bank.
