Grand Forks Police are investigating not one but two late night robberies involving three male suspects. Authorities say the Loaf and Jug off Gateway Drive was robbed shortly after ten p-m. Police say two of the suspects entered the convenience store…threatened the clerk…and demanded money. The trio made off with a cash drawer on foot. There were no injuries. About an hour later three males showed up at the Super Pumper on 32nd Avenue South. No weapons were displayed but they took cash from the till after faking a transaction. Police say both robberies appear to be related.
