Police are asking the public for help in locating three suspects who ran over a 30-year old pedestrian in downtown Grand Forks early Saturday morning. Authorities say the victim was found lying just off the alley of the 300 block of North Third Street shortly before 12-30 a-m. A witness told officers a pickup drove towards the victim and carried the person on the hood of the vehicle for a short distance before falling off and being driven over. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The pickup was described as a dark colored F-150 with Minnesota plates.
The three suspects inside were described as a white male average build…a white male…150-160 pounds…with short hair…mid-20’s to 30 years with sunk-in cheeks…and a white female…five-eight to five-nine…dirty blonde hair…and a tattoo on her neck.

A 30-year old Grand Forks man faces charges in connection with a four vehicle crash on south Columbia Road Wednesday afternoon. Grand Forks police say Scott Badger was traveling south on Columbia when he crossed into the northbound lanes of traffic striking three different vehicles. The accident occurred along the 13-hundred block shortly before one p-m. Badger was charged with driving under revocation…DUI…and care required. A passenger in one of the vehicles was transported to Altru Hospital with unknown injuries. Both northbound lanes were closed to traffic while police processed the accident scene.
