GF looks to improve recycling

A final report concerning the grand forks recycling program is expected to be completed by may.  for the past three months a task force has been looking at the pros and cons of recycling and the cost for providing the service. Grand forks residents recycled upwards of 24-hundred tons of "stuff" last year  -- at a cost of 400-thousand dollars to the city.  Public works director todd feland says he doesn't expect recycling to go away. He says the real question is what service level does it stay.
