The City of Grand Forks has issued a building permit for the demolition of the interior of the former Wild Bill’s Sports Saloon at 1405 DeMers Avenue. A dollar amount on the work was not disclosed. The Grand Forks council is also being asked to approve a Class 1 on/off sale liquor license for the site. The name of the business is listed as Varsity Ice House. The request is being made by Grand Forks Restaurant Group LLC.
