The latest housing project slated for Grand Forks is scheduled to get underway in May. Developers briefed members of the Finance Committee on the so-called Thames Court project last night. A total of 71 lots would be used for single family...townhome…and twin home construction. Backers say it will be an extension of the Promenade housing development on the western edge of the city --but with a more modern look. Developer Joe Genovese says prices will likely start around 135-thousand dollars with single family homes going for 210-thousand and up.
The developers are also involved in housing projects in the Williston and in Minot areas.
