there’s still no word on the cause of a house fire in grand forks on Sunday. The grand forks fire department responded to a call at 20-29 first avenue north shortly after two-30 a-m. the initial report suggested one person was still inside the residence. A roommate helped the trapped individual escape the burning home. The fire was quickly brought under control. Damage was put at 80-thousand dollars to the home and contents. one resident was treated at altru hospital and released. the other was airlifted to the hennepin county medical center.
