Today (fri) is the final day for early voting in Grand Forks County. County Auditor Deb Nelson says so far so good but they may have a hard time surpassing the early vote tally in 2008. Four years ago a record eight-thousand-342 people opted to vote early. Nelson says the ballots will be secured until election night. Early voting is available from ten a-m until six p-m. Absentee ballots must be turned in or postmarked no later than November 5th.
