A farm tractor accident has claimed the life of a 60 year old Fessenden (ND) man. The North Dakota Patrol says the victim was traveling on a gravel road west of Cathay (ND) on Monday when the tractor left the road and entered the ditch. The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The tractor continued through a field and came to rest at the edge of another ditch. The name of the victim has not been released. The NDHP says the accident remains under investigation.
