Crookston (mn) police are reminding residents to lock their doors and garages at night in the wake of a series of recent break-ins.   Authorities say they have received multiple complaints of thefts from parked vehicles and garages in the past week.   Early Wednesday morning officers were dispatched to two separate locations on complaints of a masked intruder in a home.   As a result of the investigation a 39-year old grand forks man was arrested and transported to the northwest regional correctional center.   police say eli bagonovich was carrying a gun when stopped by police.  Officers also went to a home in reference to the burglaries and arrested 21-year old tomas flores the third of east grand forks (mn).   in rural polk county the sheriff’s office responded to a pair of thefts connected to the crookston case and arrested a 24-year old david seddon of crookston.   All three men faces multiple charges of first degree burglary.
