Body Identified

The Marshall County Sheriff’s office has identified a 59-year old Warren (MN) man who was found dead in a field last week. A preliminary autopsy suggests Wayne Omdahl died of hypothermia. Family members reported Omdahl missing January 23rd. He was found about a-quarter mile from his home the next day. Authorities say it appears the victim’s A-T-V got stuck and he was attempting to walk towards the home. Assisting Marshall Countyin the search was the Pennington Pounty S-O…Minnesota State Patrol…U-S Border Patrol…and Arctic Cat test drivers.
