The National Weather Service this morning issued a blizzard warning for eastern North Dakota. It was the sixth in the region this winter as gusty winds blew around fresh snow and made travel treacherous. Wind gust in Grand Forks were clocked in excess of 40 mph.
Interstate 94 reopened between Jamestown and Valley City after being closed for three hours due to difficult travel.
Multiple accidents blocked traffic.
