Winter Weather

Blizzard conditions have eased in North Dakota but the cold weather hasn't.
The National Weather Service has issued wind chill warnings and advisories statewide through Tuesday morning.
Actual temperatures overnight are expected to range from 15 degrees below zero in the southwest to 30 below zero in the east. Wind chills are expected from 30 below to 50 below.
Exposed skin can freeze in as little as 10 minutes in such conditions, and prolonged exposure can lead to hypothermia and even death.
