i-29 and most of u-s two are reported to be in good seasonal driving condition following the latest blizzard to hit the red river valley.  Many secondary roads in northeast north Dakota and northwest Minnesota still report scatted snow and slippery spots.  Wind speeds yesterday were clocked as high as 48 miles per hour near buxton-mayville….the grand forks airport caught a wind gust of 44….the hector airport in fargo clocked a top wind speed of 43 and 41 m-p-h blew through crookston.   This morning the entire region is shivering in an arctic air mass that has sent temps into the teens and 20’s below zero.   Wind chill readings are minus-40 or lower.
