Appeals court denies rehearing in Rodriguez case.

A federal appeals court has denied a rehearing for a Crookston man sentenced to death for killing a UND student. Alfonso Rodriguez-Jr was found guilty in 2006 in the death of 22-year old Dru Sjodin. Rodriguez asked the entire 8th U-S Circuit Court for a new hearing. That was denied in an order dated February 11th
