The ANTIQUE AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF AMERICA will roll INTO GRAND FORKS THIS WEEKEND.

THE CLUB WILL HOLD ITS CENTRAL FALL MEETING AT THE ALERUS CENTER ON SATURDAY.   COLLECTORS FROM THROUGHOUT THE U-S AND CANADA WILL PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS EVENTS.  AN OPEN CAR SHOW IS SET FOR THE RALPH ENGLESTAD ARENA PLAZA FRIDAY FROM 5:30 TO EIGHT P-M.    LOCAL COORDINATOR HOWARD SWANSON SAYS MORE THAN 60 VINTAGE GAS BUGGYS WILL BE ON DISPLAY AT THE ALERUS CENTER PARKING LOT ON SATURDAY.

THE EVENT KICKS OFF WITH THE DEDICATION OF A VINTAGE GAS STATION AT THE MYRA MUSEUM today AT FOUR-30 P-M.  SWANSON SAYS THE LARGEST AREA OF GROWTH IN A-A-C-A CARS ARE THOSE FROM THE 1960’S AND 70’S.


                                 THE CAR SHOWS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
