The Baltimore Ravens opened an early 22-point lead and then held off a furious San Francisco comeback to beat the Niners 34-31 to win Super Bowl 47. The game was marred by a 35-minute delay because of a power outage at the Superdome.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was named Super Bowl MVP.
