North Dakota’s unemployment rate slipped to two-point-nine percent in July. The state’s jobless rate is down a-half percent from one year ago and compares to a national rate of over eight-percent. Job service officials say the over the month decline was anticipated due to seasonal factors. The monthly report says eleven-thousand-466 North Dakotans were in search of work last month.
