You might want to fire off that application if you hope to participate in North Dakota’s 2023 deer gun season. The deadline for seeking one of North Dakota’s 53,400 licenses is Wednesday (6/7).
North Dakota Game and Fish officials trimmed the number of available licenses this year by 10,800 after a severe winter…depredation reports…and aerial surveys showing a decline in population numbers.
Applicants for regular deer gun, gratis, youth and muzzleloader can apply online through the Game and Fish Department’s website.
North Dakota’s 2023 deer gun season opens November 10th at noon and continues through November 26th.
